A travel bureau, Civitatis Tours, has been hacked and unfortunately all their citytrips have been wiped away. They have asked you to help them create a new city trip.
You will plan a city trip of 5 days in your assigned group. You can choose from three different cities in each of the five countries. You give us insight in what you would like to see from the culture, what kind of food you want to eat during your trip, what kind of weather they have there and a bit about the history of the city. You will write down everything you plan on doing during this trip in your project plan and you will present this eventually in the form of a flyer, presentation, collage or a video.
The assignment:
What would you like to see during your citytrip?
Choose at least:
- Two musea that you would like to see.
- Look into what the locals eat in your chosen city and where you would like to eat every evening.
- Two tourist attraction that you would like to see. (For example: famous buildings, statues or a park a football stadium)
- How you will travel in the city during the citytrip. (For example: by car, by underground or by bus)
- And what the weather will be like during your visit.
You will present your final product during the travel market in Lesson 3, where you will explain why you have chosen these activities for your final product and will try to convince us why we should also go on this journey.
If there are any questions during the making of this project, first see if you can solve this within the group and if that does not work out you can ask the teacher for help!

Een reisbureau, Civitatis Tours, is gehackt en helaas zijn al hun citytrips zijn verdwenen. Ze hebben jullie gevraagd om hen te helpen bij het maken van een nieuwe citytrip.
Je plant in je toegewezen groepje een citytrip van 5 dagen. Jullie kunnen bij elk van de vijf landen kiezen uit drie verschillende steden. Je geeft ons inzicht in wat je zou willen zien van de cultuur, wat voor soort eten je tijdens je reis wilt eten, wat voor weer ze daar hebben en een beetje over de geschiedenis van de stad. Je schrijft alles op wat je van plan bent te doen tijdens deze reis in jullie project plan en jullie presenteren het in de vorm van een map, presentatie, collage of een video.
De opdracht:
Wat willen jullie graag zien tijdens jullie citytrip?
Kies op zijn minst:
- Twee musea die jullie willen zien.
- Zoek op wat de bewoners eten en waar jullie graag willen eten elke avond.
- Twee bezienswaardigheden die jullie willen zien. (gebouwen, standbeelden of voetbalstadions)
- Hoe jullie gaan rondreizen in de stad. (bijvoorbeeld: met de auto of tram of bus)
- En wat het weer zal zijn tijdens jullie bezoek.
Je zal je eindproduct presenteren tijdens de travelmarkt in les 3, waarin je uitlegt waarom je deze activiteiten voor je eindproduct hebt gekozen en ons zult proberen te overtuigen waarom we ook op deze reis moeten gaan.
Als er vragen zijn tijdens het maken van dit project kijk je eerst of je dit binnen de groep kunt oplossen en als dat niet lukt kun je de leraar om hulp vragen!
