1. Planning for a week's work

Definition planning: A planning is a document that describes what activity you perform at which time.

Goal planning and organising: to reach certain goals alone or with a group of people, e.g. finishing your paper, book report, or some other project.

Items you may use: pen and paper, a computer with Microsoft Word or Excel, a printer

2. Planning a group's activity

Definition group planning: a group planning is a document which describes in detail what activity you perform at which time, and with whom. It will also show which resources you need. You use this planning mainly during an event instead of beforehand.

Goal planning and organising: The goal with your planning is to reach certain goals with a group of people, e.g. finishing your paper, book report, or some other project.

Items you may use: Pen and paper, computer with Microsoft Word or Excel, Printer.

3. Planning a project

Now you have to put your planning and organisational skills to work. You will need to make a planning and a script to complete the planning and organisational course. Combine what you have learned so far!
 

Goals of today’s lesson: The goal with this planning and group planning is to reach certain goals with a group of people, e.g. setting up a fundraiser, TED-EX event, etc.
 

Items you may use: Pen and paper, computer with Microsoft Word or Excel, previous planners and scripts as inspiration, printer.
