Project: Opening a restaurant
Is it easy to eat out in your town or city? Do you miss a certain kind of bar or restaurant?
In this task you get the chance to think about setting up your own!
- Work in groups of four.
- Think of a good location in your town or city for setting up a restaurant.
Think of reasons to support your idea as well!
- Think of a concept for your bar/restaurant (fast food? healthy food? sandwiches? ethnic food?). Think of something you all like!
- Design the menu for your restaurant. You should include four categories,
one of them being drinks and the other three being food (e.g. starter, main course, dessert, sandwiches, breakfast etc.).
Each category should have at least three options (dishes).
- Make a presentation about why your new restaurant is a great idea.
Together with your class vote for the best idea!
Very important:
Money is not a problem! Think of whatever you like.
