episode 1 - introduction
Which fairy tales belong to the following words?
- breadcrumbs
- red cape
- zeven
- high tower
- wolf
In a story there are always characters, a plot, attributes, emotions, problems ect.
You will get a piece of paper and a pen. You will write your own story in the next couple of weeks and we start today.
First we have to think about your main character.
- Quickly draw a person
- Is it a boy, girl, man, woman
- How old is your character
- What special features does your character have
Now you are going to work out your character. Give him or her a name. Draw or describe your character into detail.
Present your character to your classmates. Do you find any characters that you would like to include in your story? Do they feel the same? Can you work on a story together?
episode 2
Now let’s think about some other things. Like the plot, the surroundings emotions ect. What is going to happen to your character and why and how is it going to end? Is it going to be a story with a happy ending or not?
- What is going to happen to your character(s) - only if you work in a group
- What is the reason for this
- Where is your story taking place
- In what year
- How are these things happening
Use a mindmap to get your information sorted out. In the middle you write the name of your character. Then you use different sides to think out your story. (sub-characters – special features – surroundings – start – middle - end)
