Text about Thomas.

“Thomas was sitting on the floor in his bedroom. His room was very messy. In his hands, he had his new English book. Between his legs, his book bag lay open and empty. All around him, Thomas had his new stuff for school. ‘I don’t know what to take with me to school tomorrow!’ He thought.

His mom came into the room. ‘Are you still sitting there, Thomas?’ She asked. ‘What subjects do you have tomorrow?’ ‘I don’t know, I can’t find my diary!’ Thomas cried. ‘That’s because you are sitting on it. Let’s see… The first subject you have tomorrow is mathematics. What do you need to take with you?’ Thomas looked around. ‘for maths, I need my ruler, so I can draw straight lines. I also need a pen and a notebook, to write things down. And my books of course!’ Thomas put everything in his bag and looked at his mother. ‘Okay, history is next. What do you need for history?’ ‘Well, my pen and notebook are already in my bag, so I think all I need are my history books.

And after history I have P.E. I already have my shorts and t-shirt at school.’ ‘Good, then in the afternoon you have arts and crafts, so you should take your coloring pencils and sketchbook.’ Mum said. ‘Thanks, mum, I’m all done now!’ Thomas said with a smile on his face. ‘Can I watch TV now? ‘ Mum looked at him with a smile: ‘Have you seen the time? It’s time for bed, young man!’
