C) Research

In part C, your main goal is to make clear what the life of your character was like in the Roman times. Therefor you will need to conduct some research.

First: Formulate four questions. What do you want to know about your character? For example:

Make sure that you discuss at least three different Roman cultural elements.
Do you have any doubts about what Roman culture is? Use your book for information or ask your teacher.

Second: Search for information to answer your questions.
Important: if you have 'good' research questions, you have to look up information!
If you can answer the questions by heart it means you are not learning something new!

- Tip: if you are using an online search engine, then use keywords. Also look at who and when the website (source) was made.  Search with ' history for kids'. Don't use scholieren.com!

Third: Write the answers to your research questions down in your OWN words in the workdocument.
Important: Don't forget to note down the sources you have used (for what part of your text.)

- Tip: Use 'footnotes' or ask your teacher how to do this.

Fourth, and last: read what you have written (typed). Did you use capital letters? Correct mistakes. Is it clear enough?

WORK IN THE SAME DOCUMENT WHICH YOU HAVE USED FOR YOUR PROFILE!
