1. Letters of Application
In order to run a successful restaurant with English guests coming to dinner, you will need your staff to understand what the customer says; their needs have to be met. Your job as a restaurateur is to find the right personnel for the job. You will have to write 2 letters of application. One is for the waiter/waitress and the other one is for the head-chef. The letters have to be written in English.
2. The Menu
You will have to make a menu to suit the needs of your English guests. It is up to you what you put on your menu.
Think of the following:
The menu has to consist of several starters, main courses and deserts.
The menu should also have a drinks section (wines, beers, sodas and so on)
Check the links, they will help you!!!
3. Recipes
The head-chef is, of course, aware of how to cook his meals, but if the English guests want to know how their food is prepared there will be need for a recipe. You will have to write three of the recipes on your menu in full length.
4. Purchase and Order
Your job as a restaurateur, other than taking care of the staff and the location, of course involves ordering and purchasing products. Make a list of everything you need in your kitchen (food / butter / olive oil / salads) and everything you need in the serving area (candles / napkins / pepper / salt) for one night.
