• How: how was it dealt with?

What happened?

• A child fell off of...
• A child bumped into...
• A child wet his/ her pants...
• A child had a small accident...
• A child lost a tooth

Where did it happen?

• Outside
• On the playground
• Inside

How was it dealt with?

• You cleaned the wound
• You put a plaster on it

• You talked it out with the children
