Affirmative Form:

We use the base form of the verb

For he, she, and it, add -s or -es to the verb.

Examples:

 

Negative Form:

We use do not (don't) or does not (doesn't) + the base form of the verb.

For he, she, and it, use doesn't instead of don't.
