Plural
Most nouns have a singular and a plural.
There are several ways to make a singular a plural.
- Place an '-s' after the word.
- If the word ends in a hiss-sound, add '-es'.
- When a word ends with a 'y', it becomes 'ies' in the plural.
- A number of words ending in '-f' or '-fe' are given '-ves' in the plural.
- A number of words ending in 'o' are given 'oes' in the plural.

- Some words do not change when used in the plural form.
