o Weigh out (in duplicate) accurately approximately 3,0 g of the peroxide in a weighing box.
o Transfer it to a 100 ml measuring flask and fill it up to the mark line.
Homogenize well.
o Pipet 25,00 ml of the solution in a 300 ml conical flask, dilute with 100 ml water and add 15 ml 2 M sulfuric acid
solution.
o Add +/- 15 mL of the standard 0,02 M MnO4-solution and stirr till the solution becomes blanc.
o Now titrate slowly with the titration solution to the first permanent faint pink colour.
o Repeat this titration with another 25,00 ml from the same measuring flask.
o Repeat with the other sample.
o Titrate a blank with 0,02 M KMnO4
